1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bak999 platform at bak999.club ("the Platform"), you ("the User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as the bak999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create a bak999 account and must not use any product or service provided through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active bak999 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single person is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bak999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any outstanding balances pending an investigation.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information at the point of registration and to keep that information up to date throughout the lifetime of your bak999 account. This includes your name, Pakistan mobile number, and any identity or payment information requested during verification. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 Verification

bak999 may require you to complete an identity verification process at any point — including before approving a withdrawal, after a significant change to your account details, or as part of a routine compliance review. You agree to provide any documents reasonably requested by bak999 for this purpose. Processing of withdrawal requests may be delayed until satisfactory verification documentation has been received and approved.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bak999 login credentials — your username and password. bak999 will never ask you to share your password with any bak999 employee or support agent. Any activity conducted through your bak999 account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified bak999 of unauthorised access prior to the activity occurring.

In the event that you suspect your bak999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bak999 support immediately via the WhatsApp or Telegram channels listed in the login panel. bak999 will take reasonable steps to restrict access to the account upon receiving such notification, but cannot accept liability for losses incurred prior to the notification being received.

However, you acknowledge that no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for ensuring that the device from which you access bak999 is reasonably secure and free from malicious software.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on bak999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are displayed in the cashier section of your bak999 account and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits made via Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically credited to your bak999 PKR wallet within 30 seconds of the mobile payment being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. bak999 is not liable for deposit delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. bak999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawal processing times may be longer where identity verification is pending or where bak999 is conducting a routine compliance review of the account.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits and Conditions

Withdrawals of funds derived from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant bonus. Withdrawals of funds derived from genuine PKR deposits (net of any bonus play) are not subject to wagering requirements. bak999 reserves the right to apply transaction limits as required for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bak999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload promotions, PKR cashback, free spins, and event-based promotions tied to the HBL Pakistan Super League and other cricket events. The following general terms apply to all bak999 bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the terms of the individual offer at the point of claiming.

5.2 One Bonus Per Account

Unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms, only one welcome bonus or new player offer is available per registered bak999 account, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a new player bonus via a second account constitutes multi-accounting and is a breach of these Terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bak999 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including structured wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, bak999 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the associated account.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions

bak999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are in the process of being wagered through.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Each product category on the bak999 platform — including live casino, jackpot slots, sports betting, Cockfighting, lottery, and bingo — is governed by the specific rules of that product as displayed within the product interface. These general Terms apply across all products; product-specific rules supplement these Terms and, in the event of a conflict relating specifically to the product, the product-specific rules will take precedence.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bak999 products. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface before a wager is placed. bak999 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific accounts where necessary for risk management purposes.

6.2 Voids and Cancellations

bak999 reserves the right to void bets or gaming rounds where a technical error, data feed failure, or other event beyond its reasonable control has materially affected the outcome of the game or event. In such cases, the applicable stake will be returned to the player's PKR wallet. No additional compensation will be payable.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or incorrect pricing that results in an erroneous payout or acceptance of a wager at incorrect odds, bak999 reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, to cancel the relevant wager. bak999 will endeavour to notify affected players as promptly as possible.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bak999 platform. Violation of any of the following rules may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of wagers and winnings, forfeiture of balance, and permanent account closure without recourse:

• Registering more than one bak999 account (multi-accounting)
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer product
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, money laundering, or use of the Platform for unlawful financial transactions
• Abusing bak999 bonuses through structured play, coordinated wagering, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional terms
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at bak999 staff, live dealers, or other players
• Any other activity that bak999 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bak999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or connected to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of PKR funds due to technical errors, system outages, or internet connectivity failures not within bak999's reasonable control
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including Easypaisa and JazzCash
• Gaming outcomes resulting from the operation of certified random number generators in accordance with the published rules of each game

bak999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of PKR deposits made by you to bak999 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bak999 collects and processes personal data about you in connection with the operation of your bak999 account. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, and the conditions under which it may be shared are set out in full in the bak999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering a bak999 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the bak999 Privacy Policy. 12 Amendments to These Terms

bak999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a material change is made to these Terms, bak999 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the contact information associated with their bak999 account.

Your continued use of the bak999 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may close your bak999 account by contacting support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction under which bak999 operates. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bak999 Platform shall first be referred to the bak999 customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice being given, either party may pursue resolution through the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms available in the governing jurisdiction. bak999 does not consent to arbitration or class action proceedings unless required by applicable mandatory law.
